Narvar's Holiday Readiness Campaign is an annual initiative that equips our customers with the tools, insights, and resources they need to thrive during the busiest time of year. As the lead designer, I crafted the visual identity and creative assets for both the 2023 and 2024 campaigns, ensuring they were engaging, on-brand, and impactful.
For 2024, I designed a sleek and approachable microsite that became a one-stop resource hub for brands preparing for peak season. Featuring on-demand webinars, practical tips, and curated content, the campaign emphasized actionable advice on post-purchase engagement and managing delivery expectations. The design was intentionally clean and intuitive, guiding users through the content with ease.
The 2023 campaign took a festive turn with Santa’s Workshop, a vibrant and playful microsite filled with resources for navigating holiday challenges. From downloadable checklists to expert tips, I ensured every design element struck the perfect balance between holiday whimsy and professionalism.

Both campaigns were celebrated for their impactful design and practical value. The 2024 campaign webinars alone saw over 2,000 views, while the Santa’s Workshop microsite contributed to significant customer engagement, with hundreds of downloads of key resources. Feedback highlighted how these campaigns simplified holiday preparation, boosted confidence, and reinforced Narvar’s position as a trusted partner for seasonal success.
