Brand Essence Video
Project Background: To help bring FullContact’s new brand to life, we worked with a video production agency to create a live-action Brand Essence Video that told the story of who we are, where we come from, and what we stand for. This was a brand moment designed to support our new positioning strategy and enhance the full brand refresh.
The Process: We shot the video across several locations in Colorado—where the company was founded and still operates today—capturing real environments that reflect our roots and our values. I art directed the look and feel of the film, helped guide the tone of the voiceover, and worked closely with our production agency on visual composition and pacing. We kept the story grounded, human, and authentic.
Once complete, we launched the campaign across email, social, and our website to support the rebrand rollout. The video quickly gained traction, reaching over 2,600 viewers in the first few months and driving a 110% increase in qualified leads.
Recognition and Results: This video became a cornerstone of our brand relaunch. With a strategic investment and a smart distribution strategy, we created something that not only elevated FullContact’s positioning, but helped the team reconnect with our mission in a powerful way.
Working with the team to create this video for the rebrand was one of my favorite projects. It really elevated everything, strengthened FullContact’s position in the market, and helped us stand out from our competition. The shoot came together on a tight timeline, including a 2AM scene in the office (worth it), and the final result captured exactly what we set out to do.
FullContact’s Product Explainer Video
Background: After rebranding, FullContact needed a clear and compelling way to articulate the value of its platform. We decided to create a short product explainer video that was punchy, polished, and easy to understand. The goal was to support our new brand narrative and give prospects a quick intro to what we do and why it matters.

My Impact: I led the project from concept to completion, partnering with a video agency to bring the story to life. I served as both producer and art director—shaping the script, developing the storyboard, directing the visual style, and making sure every frame aligned with our brand system. We focused on simplifying complex ideas while keeping the tone friendly and approachable without losing credibility.
The Results: The finished video became a key part of our content strategy, used across the website, social channels, and in sales enablement. It helped make our product easier to grasp and gave the team a high-impact tool to tell the story in a consistent, scalable way.
Customer Story Video Series
The Challenge
Help bring FullContact’s value to life by creating a series of customer testimonial videos that highlighted real-world results and authentic voices. These stories gave us a way to move beyond features and speak directly to the impact our platform was having on businesses.
My Impact
I filmed and edited each testimonial, collaborating with customers to capture their stories in a way that felt natural and honest. I also built out dedicated web experiences and supporting content for each case study, making it easy for visitors to explore the stories and understand the value behind them.
Results
The videos were featured on our Customer Showcase page and shared across social media as part of a broader awareness strategy. More than just testimonials, they became proof points—building trust and reinforcing FullContact’s commitment to customer success.
Product Demo Videos
Background: With a small team (and small budget), we produced most of our video content in-house. These videos were built to educate and inform—whether that meant walking through a product tutorial or diving deeper into a specific solution. As our platform evolved, so did our content.
