Rebuilding FullContact.com

FullContact’s 2019 rebrand kicked off a full website redesign—and I was behind the creative vision from start to finish. I had designed the previous site, so I came into this project with a clear understanding of what worked, what didn’t, and how we could evolve the site into something stronger, sharper, and more aligned with the company’s next chapter.

Working closely with the marketing and product teams, I led the creative direction and helped define how the new brand would show up online. I used Figma to map out early design systems, page templates, and visual concepts, then moved into more detailed UX thinking to bring structure to the site. I collaborated with content teams on new messaging and worked with developers to ensure the handoff was smooth and scalable.

After launch, I continued to lead design for net-new pages, creating custom modules and experiences as the business evolved. From product landing pages to case studies and blog templates, I helped shape a flexible system that could grow with the brand.

Results and Reflections

The new site drove a noticeable improvement in performance across the board from stronger SEO and lower bounce rates to increased engagement with product content. The launch also marked a major turning point for FullContact’s digital presence—modernizing the experience, boosting SEO performance, and giving the team a scalable system to support new content and campaigns.

This project taught me a lot about collaboration and long-term web strategy. It also deepened my experience in building scalable design systems that balance brand expression with usability and evolves alongside a company’s growth. A few years and many pages later, I’m still proud of the foundation we built and how far the site came from where it started.
